I build every site myself.

I'm Tommy. I run KovalchukSites from Montréal — one person, a short list of clients, and no account managers standing between us. I build every site, answer my own email, and stay on it after launch.

I started KovalchukSites because [one line on why you started — the problem you kept seeing small businesses run into]. [Optional second line: a specific detail — your background, or the first business you built a site for.]

how the work actually happens

One person, built to move fast

Being one person doesn't make me slower or pricier — it makes me faster. I build on a system I've refined over every project, so no site starts from a blank page. And I lean on modern tooling, AI included, to handle the repetitive parts, which means my hours go to the decisions that actually need a human. You get the speed and the lower cost — not a bigger invoice for the overhead.

no themes, no fighting

Built for you, not bought

You won't get a theme I picked off a shelf and reskinned. Every site starts from that same system and gets shaped around your business — your words, your photos, your customers. The starting point is mine. The site is yours, and so is the domain it lives on.
